How’s your sleep?
How’s your stress?
What do your meals look like?
How much water are you drinking?
When was the last time you ate a vegetable?
How long have you been consistently coming to the gym?
This often leads to the zone out look. The person starts getting less and less interested in what you’re saying, their eager smile wears off, and maybe they start thinking about what they’re going to watch on TV that night.
The real work isn’t some magic pill. It’s not sexy. It doesn’t promise instantly gratifying results.
That can be really frustrating as a Coach. We would love to be the Amazon Prime to your health and fitness goals and within 2 days have you feeling like a Rockstar.
Unfortunately, our bodies do not work this way. Everyone’s results can vary as every persons life, lifestyle, hormones, previous diet history, previous workout history, genetics, stress management, mindset, and commitment are different.
