LOCOKIDS CROSSFIT PROGRAM
Our CrossFit Kids program for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years old, focuses on metabolic conditioning, gymnastic/body weight movements, weight lifting (for technique and not load), and games.
Athletic confidence is the goal of our program and is largely based upon the individual skill, athleticism, and maturity of our young athletes. In the end, a parent will see their child provided with opportunities for success, learn to overcome hurdles, struggle, laugh and have FUN!

Our LocoKids youth fitness program teaches an array of exercises to condition young athletes while allowing them to have fun and socialize. They’ll learn how to push their bodies in a safe way, and how exercise can impact the way they look and feel.
As a parent, you know that teaching your kids anything can be a challenge. It’s easy for kids to shrug off a parent’s advice. Our expert instructors will help kids understand the way exercise affects them and teach them how to work out safely.
